NeoSOFT Expands with Three New Offices, 1,100 New Jobs

NeoSOFT, a leading digital engineering and IT solutions provider, has announced a major expansion, opening new offices in Mumbai, Airoli (Navi Mumbai), and Pune.

This strategic move aims to accelerate the development of its NeoNXT platform, strengthen cloud infrastructure capabilities, and drive AI innovation.

Alongside this expansion, NeoSOFT plans to hire 1,100 professionals, reinforcing its commitment to technological advancement and workforce growth.

NeoSOFT New Office Locations and Workforce Expansion

NeoSOFT’s latest expansion includes:

  • Mumbai Office – 400 additional seats.
  • Airoli (Navi Mumbai) Office – 400 new employees.
  • Pune Office – 300-seat capacity.

The company’s hiring spree will focus on platform development, AI/ML, and enterprise solutions, ensuring that its workforce is equipped to drive next-generation digital transformation.

Strategic Vision Behind the Expansion

NeoSOFT’s Co-founder and Director, Nishant Rathi, emphasized the significance of this expansion.

He stated, “This is both a strategic and cultural milestone for NeoSOFT. It reflects our ambition to scale rapidly while investing in future-forward capabilities that will shape the next era of digital transformation.”

The new offices will serve as innovation hubs, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and technological breakthroughs.

Centers of Excellence and AI Innovation

NeoSOFT’s expansion will also establish multiple Centers of Excellence (CoEs), where cross-functional teams will develop intelligent solutions in:

  • Generative AI
  • Machine learning
  • Data analytics
  • Automation

Additionally, the new locations will host Global Capability Centers (GCCs), supporting NeoSOFT’s growing portfolio of international enterprise clients.
