  • Step 1: Log on to the TCS Next Step Portal.
  • Step 2: Fill in the application form ensuring accuracy with Aadhaar card details (Name and Date of Birth). Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
  • Step 3:
    • For existing users, log in, complete the form, and click ‘Apply for Drive.’
    • For new users, register under the ‘BPS’ category, fill in details, submit, and then apply for drive.
  • Step 4: Select the mode of test (In-Centre), choose a preferred test centre, and confirm the application. It is important to note that test centre preferences cannot be changed once submitted.
  • Step 5: Verify status under ‘Track Your Application.’ It should reflect as Applied for Drive.

Key Instructions for Applicants

Candidates are required to attend the selection process in person. The exact test schedule and venue details will be shared via the registered email ID provided in the application form. Applicants must carry original documents, including:

  • Class 10 and 12 marksheets
  • Graduation marksheets of all completed semesters

TCS has also issued an important advisory emphasizing that all official communication will only be made through TCS official channels. 

The company does not use external agencies, unofficial email addresses, or monetary transactions at any stage of hiring. Candidates are urged to remain cautious about fraudulent offers.
