The hiring drive is open exclusively to candidates pursuing a 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM from a recognized university or college. Eligible specializations include:

Application Process

  1. Login to the TCS NextStep Portal
  2. Register & Apply for the Drive
    • For Existing Users (TCS NextStep Portal, IT Category): Candidates must log in using their TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number), complete the application form, and select “Apply for Drive.”
    • For New Users: Candidates should click “Register Now,” select “IT” as their category, enter their details, submit the application form, and then click “Apply for Drive.”
  3. Select the Test Mode & Center
    • Candidates must choose In-Centre mode, select their preferred test center, and confirm by clicking “Apply.”
  4. Verify Application Status
    • The status in the “Track Your Application” section should reflect as “Applied for Drive.”
