An Indian multinational corporation, Wipro in India is hiring for various roles including Management Trainee.

Wipro has ended work from Home and employees are required to report to the office three days a week, effective from November 15, 2023, and in case the employees don’t follow the updated policies they will face consequences from January 7, 2024.

Wipro’s Chief Human Resources Officer Saurabh Govil to its employees, said, “Starting November 15, all employees must be present at their assigned office location for at least three days each week.”

“This change aims to enhance teamwork, facilitate face-to-face interactions, and strengthen Wipro’s culture,” the mail added.

Wipro’s headcount has dropped further by 5,015 in the July-September quarter of fiscal 2023-24 (Q2FY24).

The total headcount now stands at 2,44,707 employees and the attrition rate has dropped further to 15.5 percent, compared to 17.3 percent in the preceding April-June quarter. The total employee count at Wipro in the previous quarter was experienced 249,758.
