Wipro continues to redefine career pathways for science graduates through its pioneering Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP).

WILP offers BCA and B.Sc. graduates a unique opportunity to gain industry experience while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a premier institution—fully sponsored by Wipro.

Program Overview

WILP is designed for students from non-engineering backgrounds, specifically those pursuing BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.

Participants work full-time at Wipro while attending classes for their M.Tech degree, blending academic rigor with real-world exposure.

This dual-track model empowers young professionals to build a strong foundation in theory and practice.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, candidates must:

  • Pass 10th and 12th standards
  • Graduate with a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA
  • Belong to the 2025 graduating batch
  • Have studied Core Mathematics during graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
  • Be Indian citizen or hold PIO/OCI card

Additional conditions include:

  • One backlog allowed during assessment (must be cleared by the 6th semester)
  • Maximum 3-year gap in education (pre-graduation only)
  • No gaps allowed during graduation
  • Minimum age of 18 at registration

Selection Process

The recruitment journey comprises three stages:

  1. Online Assessment (80 minutes)
    • Verbal (20 mins, 20 questions)
    • Analytical (20 mins, 20 questions)
    • Quantitative (20 mins, 20 questions)
    • Written Communication (20 mins)
  2. Voice Assessment
  3. Business Discussion

Interested candidates can apply through Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) – 2025 FY26.

Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training and a final offer letter upon completion.

Service Agreement and Terms

Selected candidates must commit to a 60-month service agreement. Early exits require repayment of the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis. Wipro reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers based on eligibility, conduct, or compliance with recruitment norms.

Conclusion

WILP stands as a testament to Wipro’s commitment to nurturing talent and bridging the gap between academia and industry. For aspiring tech professionals from science backgrounds, it’s more than a job—it’s a launchpad for a transformative career.
