TCS iON invites freshers job applications, the last day to register is Dec 15

India’s largest IT services provider company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will be hiring 77,000 freshers in the financial year 2022 due to strong demand for tech talent.

Milind Lakkad, Global Head- HR, TCS said, “For campus hiring, we have already done 43,000. We are looking at another 34,000. So close to 77,000 is what we’re looking to hire in the current fiscal”

The company also hires fresh talent through TCS National Qualifier Test conducted by TCS iON.

TCS iON is a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services focused on Manufacturing Industries (SMB), Educational Institutions, and Examination Boards. TCS iON provides technology by means of a unique IT-as-a-Service model, offering end-to-end business solutions.

TCS National Qualifier Test

TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) is a multi-level assessment to assess the following competencies and skills:

  • Competence on the core cognitive processes required for entry-level jobs
  • Industry-specific knowledge and insights
  • Specialisation on skills required to perform various job roles

Who can Apply

  • UG, PG, and Diploma students who are in their pre-final, final year, or have passed out.
  • Students with any degree and specialisation/discipline.
  • Freshers with less than 2 years of experience

TCS iON Digital Assessment Solution allows you to conduct large-scale assessments digitally, shortening the exam cycle from nine months to one month.
