The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), in partnership with SmartBridge Educational Services Pvt. Ltd., has launched a cutting-edge virtual internship titled Google Cloud Generative AI.”

This two-month online program is designed to empower students with hands-on experience in one of the most transformative technologies of the decade—Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

With AI rapidly transforming industries from healthcare and finance to entertainment and education, this internship offers students a unique opportunity to build essential skills in developing AI-driven applications using Google Cloud tools.

The internship is tailored to be accessible and flexible, making it ideal for students across India who are passionate about technology, regardless of their academic background.

The program begins immediately and will run for a period of two months. While it is an unpaid opportunity, the internship offers a wealth of learning experiences and professional value. It includes:

  • 20 hours of live instructor-led sessions to provide foundational and advanced insights into Generative AI.
  • 20 hours of self-paced content to allow students to learn at their own convenience.
  • 20 hours of hands-on labs where students will build real-time projects using Google Cloud.
  • Dedicated mentor support to guide participants throughout their learning journey.
  • A certificate of completion recognized by AICTE and SmartBridge.

A total of 10 internship positions are available, and applications are open until June 28, 2025. Applicants are expected to commit to the full duration of the internship and demonstrate a genuine interest in artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

No prior experience is mandatory, making this a valuable entry point for students keen to explore the domain.

This initiative forms part of AICTE’s broader mission to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry demands. By promoting such internships, AICTE aims to enhance the employability of Indian students and prepare them for future roles in the evolving tech landscape.

Students interested in future-ready skills and industry-recognized training are encouraged to apply promptly through the AICTE Internship Portal.

This internship is more than just a learning opportunity—it is a gateway to innovation and a stepping stone into the world of artificial intelligence.
