Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) rolls out the ‘Future Leaders Program’ develop tomorrow’s leaders, today! This is a 15 to 18 months management training program that helps students grow into young leaders as they start their careers with Unilever.
The company said in a statement, “Our Future Leaders Program will ignite the leader in you. This unique program is designed to develop management trainees by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate their readiness to take on business leadership roles,”
“The program encompasses rotations across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes a robust support system, formal training, and development inputs through leadership connect,” HUL added in the statement.
