Pickrr Technologies to hire 200 employees across India

Logistics tech startup Pickrr Technologies has started its recruitment drive across all verticals viz Technology Experts / Specialists to Business Development, Data Scientists, and Operations.

The Delhi-headquartered company, Pickrr is an AI-enabled and cloud-based platform that automates shipping for businesses and provides seamless multi-channel order management solutions. It serves 26,000 pin codes and handles 1.5 million shipments in a month.

According to a statement, the startup is planning to hire over 200 employees for their offices in India. While the pandemic is far from over, the company is planning to hire fresh talent as well as skilled professionals for the coming fiscal year.

Co-founder of the company, Rhitiman Majumder, said, “India offers huge growth potential for us. We have embarked on an aggressive growth strategy and make the team more robust to cater to our client’s needs. We will continue our efforts of lateral hiring for our Delhi-NCR and other offices in metro cities.”

He added, “While the firm has adopted the new normal after the lockdown, 80 per cent of the manpower has returned to the office now. We all are geared up for hiring and re-skilling our employees. We have already started off its processes with some of the top management and IT colleges in India.”

Out of the over 200 new additions, the company will cater to Business Development to Technology Experts and Business Operations verticals. Besides, Pickrr Technologies has introduced new policies that cater to the needs of its employees, during the remote working situation. The company has also introduced a host of mental and physical wellbeing programs and meeting-free working time to ensure employees’ work-life balance.
