RateGain celebrates Pride Month with a new LGBTQIA+ Hiring Initiative

RateGain is thrilled to celebrate Pride Month with a series of engaging and meaningful activities that underscore its unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion.

As a testament to its ethos, RateGain is proud to announce a significant initiative to actively hire individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community.

This effort is in collaboration with Pride Circle and MyAvtar, organizations dedicated to enhancing the representation and participation of LGBTQIA+ employees in corporate India.

Throughout June 2024, RateGain is hosting a variety of events designed to celebrate and educate. At RateGain, the DE&I philosophy, driven by #RGFORAll, a framework which comprises of three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) viz. SHE@RateGain that focuses on advancing women in the workforce, PRISM@RateGain which supports LGBTQIA+ initiatives and ME@RateGain which promotes individual representation by encouraging employees to bring their authentic selves to work without fear of judgment.

These initiatives honor and celebrate the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of the team spread across APMEA, US, Europe and LATAM, ensuring everyone feels valued and included.

Sahil Sharma, Global Chief Human Resource Officer, RateGain, remarked, ” At RateGain, we believe diversity is our strength.”

“Celebrating Pride Month, in addition to the hiring program, we have also launched ‘Diversity Dialogues – Allies for Change,’ a DE&I awareness drive for People Managers and Leaders. This program, led by DEIB experts, promotes understanding, practical DE&I tools, and helps create an inclusive work environment”, Sahil Sharma added.

Sahil Sharma further said, “Additionally, our Spotlight Series, workshops, and partnerships with Naz Foundation and Arvey Aesthetic Foundation underscore our commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.”

RateGain remains steadfast in its dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive workplace for all.
