Acuity Knowledge Partners Appoints Narasimhan S L as CHRO

Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a leading provider of bespoke research, analytics, talent, and technology solutions to the financial services industry, has announced the appointment of Narasimhan S L as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Robert King, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Acuity Knowledge Partners, welcomed Narasimhan, stating, “Narasimhan’s appointment as CHRO marks a significant milestone for Acuity.”

He added, “His deep expertise in global HR strategy and proven ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams across regions will be instrumental in supporting our continued growth.”

“As part of our Executive Committee, Narasimhan will play a crucial role in driving the development of our people and talent strategy, ensuring that we remain a market leader in empowering talent and delivering value to clients worldwide,” Robert stated.

Key Responsibilities at Acuity Knowledge Partners

Narasimhan, based in Bengaluru, will lead several critical functions as an Executive Committee member at Acuity.

These functions include HR, Training & Knowledge Management (TKM), Corporate Services, and Compliance teams.

His responsibilities will include designing and developing a forward-looking people and talent strategy to support Acuity’s rapid business growth and headcount increase.

Additionally, he will address strategic priorities across organic growth, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), technology & AI adoption, and the professionalisation of the business.

Narasimhan will oversee Acuity’s global HR strategy and operations, including policy development, employee engagement, and organizational design.

His role will ensure seamless processes and a thriving workplace culture. Additionally, he will focus on talent acquisition efforts, attracting and retaining top-tier talent to drive business success.

He will also spearhead Acuity’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, reinforcing the company’s commitment to creating a positive social impact.

Extensive Experience and Personal Achievements

With 25 years of extensive experience in HR leadership, Narasimhan brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role.

Most recently, he served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at State Street in Singapore.

There, he drove global hiring strategies for a diverse and dynamic workforce across multiple regions.

Before this, Narasimhan was Head of HR for State Street’s global hubs in India, Poland, and China, managing a workforce of approximately 25,000 employees.

During his tenure, he enhanced employee engagement, streamlined operations, and led large-scale HR transformation initiatives.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Narasimhan is a passionate advocate for education and wellness.

He is an accomplished marathon runner, having completed all six World Major Marathons twice.
