Adani Enterprises Appoints Sudhir Sharma as Head – Talent Acquisition

Adani Enterprises Limited has appointed Sudhir Sharma as Head of Talent Acquisition.

With over 27 years of experience in strategic HR and talent acquisition, Sudhir is known for his expertise in aligning recruitment initiatives with organizational growth objectives.

His appointment is expected to drive impactful results for Adani Enterprises, leveraging his extensive experience across various industries.

Sharing his appointment on LinkedIn, Sudhir expressed his excitement for the new role.

He wrote, “After nearly five unforgettable years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, filled with incredible learning, collaboration, and a fair share of hiring marathons, it’s time to turn the page.”

Sudhir added, “I’m excited to announce my next professional quest as Head Talent Acquisition, Group HR at Adani Group!!”

He added, “As I relocate to Ahmedabad and dive into this new role, I’m eager to reshape talent strategies, build innovative hiring ecosystems, and drive transformational growth that aligns with Adani’s bold vision for the future.”

Sudhir will play a crucial role in aligning Adani Enterprises’ talent strategies with the company’s growth objectives using his strategic HR expertise.

He focuses on attracting top-tier talent and optimizing recruitment processes.

His support for the company’s continued growth and expansion will be instrumental in achieving the company’s goals.

Innovations in Talent Acquisition and Diversity Hiring

During his tenure at Capgemini, Sudhir led premier B-school hiring and optimized recruitment strategies, reducing hiring timelines for niche skills.

At Randstad Sourceright, he oversaw APAC’s largest revenue-generating enterprise RPO, delivering strategic manpower planning and talent mapping services.

His cross-industry experience positions him well to drive impactful results for Adani Enterprises.

Sudhir Sharma brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles.

He has worked at prominent organizations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Capgemini, and Randstad Sourceright.

At Kotak Mahindra Bank, he managed the end-to-end recruitment process. He oversaw the onboarding of over 26,000 full-time employees and 12,000 freelancers.

His implementation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and the introduction of internal job platforms significantly reduced hiring costs and promoted diversity.
