His career spans multiple geographies, including India, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, and encompasses core HR domains such as:

  • Total Rewards and Compensation Strategy
  • Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
  • Strategic HR Planning and Workforce Analytics
