Aliaxis gets Jeyamalini Natesan as Chief Human Resources Officer

A global leader in advanced fluid management solutions company, Aliaxis has appointed Jeyamalini Natesan as Chief Human Resources Officer. 

She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I am very excited to announce that I have joined Aliaxis as CHRO for India Region. Aliaxis is a global leader in advanced fluid management solutions that enable.”

“My career with Aliaxis started 3 months ago and has been very exciting as we are in the midst of a transformation Journey. This opens a whole new world of opportunities to experiment, learn, contribute, and grow”, she added.

Jeyamalini further said, “As I begin the next chapter of my career, I’d like to thank my ex-colleagues, Leaders, and my awesome HR team at Huhtamaki India, without whose support and guidance I would not have achieved success in my career with Huhtamaki. I had the best experience of leading a transformation Journey at Huhtamaki working with exceptional”

She is a successful Head of Human Resources, a people strategist, and a situational leader with rich experience working with Global teams and large Indian Business establishments as well as absolute start-ups.

Her expertise in the HR domain includes HR Transformation projects, OD and change management initiatives; Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Union engagement.

Jeyamalini’s earlier experience includes working with Huhtamaki, Navin Fluorine International Ltd., AstraZeneca, S & P FOUNDATION PRIVATE LIMITED, Citi, and Siemens.

She is an alumnus of Loyola Institute Of Business Administration and holds her bachelor’s degree from Madras Christian College.
