The world’s leading steel company, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India has appointed Murali Sahoo as Head of HR, Mines.
He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of HR, Mines at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India!”
He has over 17 years of professional experience. Prior to the current organization, Murali was associated with Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited as Head of T&D, TM, OD, and Systems.
His expertise includes Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Job Analysis and Evaluation, Talent Management Systems, T & D, Induction, Work Force Administration, Mediclaim, Time Office Management, Welfare & Administration, Personal File Maintenance, Performance Management System ( Poornata- Peoplesoft), OHS, Employee Engagement, Employee Relation, OD Interventions, IR, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Welfare, Administration, etc.
His previous stints include working with ASG Eye Hospital, Asian Heart Institute and Research Center, Reliance Cement, UltraTech Cement, and Aditya Birla Group.
He holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University.
