BMW Group elevates Aparna Dhingra as Head- Region HR, AMEA

The world’s leading premium manufacturer, BMW Group has announced to elevate Aparna Dhingra as Head of Region (HR) – Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.

Prior to this, she was working as Head of HR and Administration for BMW India.

Aparna has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Region (HR) – Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East at BMW Group!”

Aparna has nearly two decades of HR Domain. She has been working with the company for over 6 years. Prior to BMW, Aparna was associated with Accretive Health as Director of HR for a year.

Earlier, Aparna was working with GENPACT LLC as India HR Lead – Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences vertical. She worked here for over ten years. In this role, she oversaw the company’s consumer goods, retail, and life sciences vertical as its HR lead in India.

Previously, Aparna started her career working with CSC as PCMM Lead and HR Generalist.

Aparna is an alumnus of Lady Sriram College. She completed her post-graduation at the Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune.
