Dyninno India appoints Neetu Singh as Country HR Director

A group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors, Dyninno India has announced the appointment of Neetu Singh as Country HR Director.

In her new role, Neetu Singh will be responsible to work on ensuring the execution of global HR standards, policies, processes, and initiatives across all operations offices of Dyninno India.

Neetu Singh has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Country HR Director at Dyninno India!”

Neetu Singh is an HR professional with over 18 years of comprehensive experience in Strategic HR, Business HR partnership, setting up HR processes and systems, institutionalizing Performance management systems, employee engagement programs, Talent Acquisition, building compensation strategy, Managing Talent management ERPs, Budgeting & Tracking, People relationship, and retention.

Aleksejs Histjajevs, Director of Dyninno India said, “We have an ambitious and aggressive growth agenda in India. We plan to open another office in Gurugram and foray into Mumbai by the end of 2023.”

“We are thrilled to have Ms. Neetu Singh onboard to develop and implement HR strategy across our various offices in India”, Aleksejs Histjajevs added.

Neetu Singh, Country HR Director, Dyninno India, said, “I am excited to embark upon this new journey with Dyninno. It will be full of enrichment and learning.”

Prior to Dyninno India, Neetu Singh was associated with Jio as State HR Head (General Manager). Previously, she was working with Usha International where she held various leadership roles.

Earlier, Neetu was with PI Industries Ltd as Manager- HR. In this role, she was responsible for Handling the management of HR policies and procedures, Talent acquisition, employee welfare and engagement, Reward & Recognition program, HRIS, maintenance of Employee life cycle, custodian of insurance policies, and Performance management system.

Neetu started her career with East India Packagings Pvt. Ltd. as Executive- HR. Here, she was responsible for the Recruitment and Training of employees.

Neetu holds her master’s in Business Administration from Panjab University. She completed her graduation from DAV College, Faridabad.
