HCL Veteran Dhamayanthi N joins Kyndryl as Skills Transformation Leader

Kyndryl, a spin-off of IBM’s Global Technology Services appoints Dhamayanthi N as Skills Transformation Leader. Most recently prior to joining Kyndryl, she has been associated with HCL Technologies as Associate Vice President- Human Resources for 21 years.

Sharing the development on Social Media Dhamayanthi said, “After serving for 21 years, 3 months, and 13 days, I bid farewell to my dearest HCL Colleagues on 11th Feb. 2022. My parting message “make learning a lifelong habit” to 50000+ employees of Digital Business resonated well with them.”

“HCL was my home, sweet home. “Home” is a place where you can just be yourself without the fear of being judged. HCL was my home and will remain as one of my homes.” She added.

“HCL gave me an opportunity to value add significantly and work with amazing leaders who became friends for life. My contribution was valued; I was respected; I got promoted many times; I was challenged; I was admired and celebrated. And I was very happy. She added.

At HCL, she was spearheading Talent Development for one of the biggest lines of businesses spanning across 40+ countries comprising several industries and diversified skill sets including digital skills. She has been a speaker at various industry forums including CII, SHRM, NHRD, IHRD, People Matters, PMI, World HRD Congress, iVentiv, and Dun & Bradstreet.

Dhamayanthi N holds MCA from the University of Madras and also did a Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. in Data Science (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing) from the same university.
