HDFC Life elevates Parul Sharma as Vice President – HR

One of India’s leading private life insurance companies, HDFC Life has elevated Parul Sharma as Vice President – Human Resources.

Before the elevation, most recently, she was working as AVP- Human Resources and has been associated with the organization for over 9 years.

Parul has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President – Human Resources at HDFC Life!”

Parul is a result-oriented and passionate HR professional with experience in strategic HR partnerships. She is an HR leader with extensive experience across industries and diverse roles.

She has around 12 years of experience in the space of Compensation Management, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, harmonization of HR processes in Mergers and Acquisitions, Global Policies & Compliances, and HR Business Partnerships.

Earlier, Parul was associated with EY as a Consultant in Advisory Services, and previously she worked with Infosys, as a Senior Associate Lead in HR.

She holds her PGDM-HR from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and completed her Bachelor of Engineering from Career Institute of Technology and Management, Faridabad, Haryana.
