Health Prime appoints Rohit Minton as Group Vice President – HR

Health Prime has appointed Rohit Minton as Group Vice President – Human Resources. He will be Head of Human Resources for the HPSI Group of companies.

Rohit is a qualified HR professional having 16 + years of rich global experience in varied fields of Human Resources. He is an HR leader having core experience with various successful HR projects.

He has rich experience in Global Human Resource Management along with multilingual fluency in various Indian and Foreign languages. His core expertise is in almost all HR functions such as HR Transformation, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Planning & Execution, Employee Relations, Compliance & Talent Retention, etc.

Prior to Health Prime, Rohit was associated with R1 RCM as a Director – Human Resources, and earlier to this, he has worked with UnitedHealthcare – A UnitedHealth Group Company, Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd., Amicorp, Oracle, and Modlingua.

Rohit is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur post completion of his PGCHRM program. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University and a bachelor’s degree in the Spanish language from the Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya.
