Hinduja Renewables appoints Adithiya Venkataraman as CHRO

Hinduja Renewables, part of the global conglomerate Hinduja Group has appointed Adithiya Venkataraman as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hinduja Renewables Mumbai.”

Adithiya is a passionate HR professional with nearly 12 years of experience. He joined Ashok Leyland in July 2010, as an Executive Trainee and Production Engineer, and gradually took HR during the course of his career.

He has a wide experience and exposure in HR Business Partnering at Ashok Leyland. He had been Business Partner HR for Operations which includes 9 factories and other support functions covering around 1500 employees. Additionally, he has been coaching and advisory to the Head of Operations at Ashok Leyland in terms of resource utilization, management, and development.

Adithiya holds his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Asian Institute of Management, and BE in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
