Husk Power Appoints Preeti Ahuja as Chief People Officer to Lead Global HR Strategy

Preeti will report directly to CEO Manoj Sinha in her new role.

She will focus on embedding inclusive practices and driving innovation across HR initiatives to support the company’s growth trajectory.

A Visionary Leader with Proven Expertise

Preeti Ahuja’s career spans more than 20 years, during which she has held key HR leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Atlas Copco Group, Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, VMware, and Larsen & Toubro.

Her extensive experience includes leading large-scale transformation projects across geographies, with a focus on people-centric growth and inclusive workplace practices.

Preeti is recognized for her ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving both profitability and organizational excellence.

Preeti’s academic credentials are equally impressive.

She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, where she completed the Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management.

She holds an MBA in HR from Balaji Institute of Modern Management. Preeti also possesses a Master’s degree in Labour Laws from Pune University.

A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Preeti is known for integrating data-driven insights into HR strategies, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
