Jaguar Land Rover appoints Vrinda Pai as Head- HR

A British multinational automobile manufacturer company, Jaguar Land Rover has appointed Vrinda Pai as Head of Human Resources. In this role, she will be responsible for HR functions for the organization.

She announced the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I have joined Jaguar Land Rover as Head of Human Resources.”

Vrinda has over 18 years of HR experience in industries including Manufacturing, Investment Management, and Construction.

Prior to Jaguar, she was associated with Tata Motors as DGM Human Resources. She was worked with the organization for over 6 years.

Her earlier stints include working with KEC International, and Essar in HR leadership roles.

She holds her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Jankidevi Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies.

Jaguar Land Rover has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Motors, in which Tata Sons is the largest shareholder, since 2008.

However, the two brands are connected by the elements of quality and sustainability that underpin Jaguar Land Rover’s future of modern luxury by design.
