John Deere elevates Shobha Pandey as Regional HR Business Partner

A world leader in providing advanced products, technology, and services, John Deere elevates Shobha Pandey as Regional HR Business Partner.

In this new role, she will responsible for HR, IR, and Admin for all manufacturing units in India.

Most recently, Shobha was working as a Regional Talent Management Leader and Diversity Lead with John Deere. She has been working with the company for 16 years.

She has over two decades of experience in the HR domain and has worked in spanning areas like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Development, HR Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Organization Development and Design, Transition, and Change Management. 

Shobha has handled progressive HR leadership responsibilities including conceptualizing, understanding, developing, implementing, integrating, and managing HR programs/initiatives to accelerate business goals.

Prior to John Deere, Shobha was associated with ICC Co-Chair. Earlier, she was part of TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd., Garware Bestretch Limited, OS2i, and Tata Yodogawa Steels ltd.

She is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service. She has completed her Mathematics Hons from Miranda House College.
