Leadec appoints Vikarm Kaul as Human Resources Director India

The leading global service specialist for factories across the entire life cycle and corresponding infrastructure, Leadec has appointed Vikarm Kaul as Leadec appoints Vikarm Kaul as Human Resources Director India.

In this role, he will oversee recruitment, retention, and development of employees, manage compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Additionally, he will be responsible for the function that looks after General Administration and Office Facilities across the country. He also holds the position of Executive Director for the Management Board in India.

Vikarm has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Human Resources Director & CPO India at Leadec!”

Vikarm is a Dynamic HR professional offering over 22 years of rich expertise in Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Retail, Facilities Management, and Real Estate. He is proficient in managing and facilitating all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent/Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development while directly partnering with executive leadership.

He possess an in-depth understanding of best practices and supporting growth initiatives related to internal organizational designs, role clarity, job scope, scale, and overall department structures.

Prior to Leadec, he was associated with Compass Group India as People Leader India.

His earlier stints include working with Cushman & Wakefield, G4S, Zenica Group India, The Future Group, Airtel, Ochoa Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., and F-TEC Skill Development.

Vikarm is an alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and holds his Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
