Lenovo, the global technology powerhouse has announced the appointment of Priya Tikare as Director and Head of HR, Lenovo India.
In her new role, Priya will not only ensure optimal employee experience and rigor in operational smoothness but also set a stronger foundation for the already ongoing efforts to bring in more diverse and inclusive talent across the value chain.
She will lead innovation within the talent management ecosystem at Lenovo India, as the world shifts towards a dynamic future of jobs. Her focus will center around developing programs and systems that empower employees, foster collaboration, and enhance overall productivity.
With AI at the forefront of Lenovo’s strategy, Priya’s talent management expertise is key in building a skilled future-ready AI workforce within Lenovo India.

She has been associated with Lenovo for over 18 years. Her latest role was as the Global HR Director for International Services Support / Solutions & Services Group (SSG) within the organization.
Priya’s deep understanding of the Indian talent pool and her focus on strategic initiatives chalked out by the global technology company placing India at the center, will contribute to the rapid growth and development of India as the central talent hub.
Priya has over two decades of Human Resource Management experience in the IT and Service industries. Her abilities include engaging with business leadership, translating business needs into HR actionable, and designing and deploying HR programs/frameworks.
Prior to Lenovo, she was associated with MetLife India Pvt Ltd as HR Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for Recruitment of Sales Managers & Financial Advisors, Coordination of Training & Development, Vendor Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
She holds Master’s in Business Administration from Anna University and completed her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
