Lowe’s India elevates Vidya Munirathnam as VP- HR

Lowe’s India has elevated Vidya Munirathnam as Vice President- Human Resources. Most recently, she was Sr. Director- Human Resources with the organization.

Vidya has been associated with Lowe’s India since December 2019. She is a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in Compensation, Employee Benefits, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement across the Semiconductor and Retail sectors.

She has excellent problem-solving skills and looks forward to building a focused engagement plan and a strong team to achieve the organization’s strategic priorities.

She has shared a post on LinkedIn confirming the appointment, “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to take on the new role of Vice President Human Resources at Lowe’s India.”

“Huge thanks to my leaders and the team for their guidance and belief in me. Excited to continue learning and growing as I embrace this new chapter in my career journey!”, the post added.

Her earlier stints included working with Target, Aditi Technologies, and Texas Instruments.

Vidya holds her Master’s in Business Administration from Bangalore University and completed his BE, Instrumentation and Electronics from SIT, Tumkur.
