He is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of diverse industry experience working with IT Services, banking, highly unionized organizations & tech product companies in the core HRBP profile.
Being a strategic business partner, he has expertise ranges across the entire gamut of HR including Business HR partner, Talent Consultant, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Leadership coaching & development, Succession planning, employee transition during M&A and Divestiture deals for both Sales & Non-Sales professionals across industry vertical.
Pramod possesses the ability to manage complex business problems & possesses strong stakeholder management skills. He is a certified auditor for the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM).
Prior to LTIMindtree, he was associated with Dell Technologies as Sales HRBP Leader-APJ(MB) & India(Core Sales). He worked with the organization for over 5 years.
His previous stints include working with Tata Motors, HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and Tata Consultancy Services.
He is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc in Physics) from St. Xavier’s College.
