Nahars Group India appoints Hari Das Nair as VP & CHRO

Nahars Group India has appointed Hari Das Nair as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective February 12, 2024.

In this new role, he is responsible for the entire gamut of people and culture agenda of the group organization across India.

Before joining Nahars Group, he was associated with PASONA India Private Limited as Vice President, Corporate Strategy Advisor & Head Talent Acquisition Division.

Hari has nearly three decades of experience in leading human resources across the industry. He has hands-on exposure in developing and implementing HR processes – Organization Restructuring, Compensation & Benefits, HR, Performance upgrade, and Competency Management.

Previously also Hari worked with Nahars Engineering India Pvt. Ltd for over a year and he was responsible for the entire gamut of HR, IR, IT, HR Analytics, and Digital Strategy.

His earlier stints also include working with Bharat Seats Limited, JBM Group, Shriram Fuel Injection Industries, Usha International Limited, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, and Minda Huf Ltd.

He holds his PMIR, and HRM from Osmania University and completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
