NDTV appoints Gaurav Shah as HR Head

An Indian news media company, NDTV has appointed Gaurav Shah as the HR Head after Adani takeover. In this role, he will head the HR function at NDTV Group.

He has been associated with the Adani Group for a decade. Most recently, Gaurav was working as General Manager & Sr HR Business Partner at Adani Enterprises Limited. 

He is an HR Leader with over 19 years of credible and progressive work experience in driving various strategic & innovative HR initiatives align with business priorities to foster a high-performance culture and engagement.

He has breadth of experience across multiple geographies & versatile industries including IT/ITES, Telecom & integrated Infrastructure with conglomerates like Reliance, Tata, JURISCAPE LEGAL RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED, and Adani.

Prior to Adani Enterprises Limited, Gaurav was associated with Tata Teleservices Ltd as Dy. Manager – Human Resources. He started his career working with Sheladia Associates Inc. as HR Administrator.

He holds his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Sardar Patel Institute of Economics & Social Research and completed his Graduation from Bhavans College.
