A global provider of SaaS solutions for travel and hospitality, RateGain has announced the appointment of Nandini Matiyani as Vice President – People and Culture. She will be based out of Noida.

She is a senior HR Leader with over 15 years of experience in leading HR for large business units in an MNC and heading HR(as CHRO) for a mid-sized publicly listed technology organization.
Her areas of expertise are HR strategy, HR Business Partnering, TA strategy, leadership hiring, Change management, Employee engagement and retention, compensation and benefits, Talent management, Performance management, and HR IS.
Nandini’s earlier stints include working with Wipro Limited as Vice President and Global HR BP and OnMobile Global Limited as Vice President and Global HR head. She is a certified PAPITM Facilitator/Interviewer and Certified DMAIC Six Sigma Black Belt.
She is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of International Business and holds her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), in Electrical Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surat.
