In this new role, his responsibilities are Organisation Capability Building since the organisation is growing very fast and there is a huge demand for green fuel and electric vehicles. A Post Graduate in PMIR and a Degree in Law, Samar Mahapatra has over 31 years of experience in HR & IR and has emerged as a well-known HR leader in the country.
He started his career with the premier PSU BEL Bangalore and subsequently had an enriching experience with Zuari Agro Chemicals, Gati, India Glycols, Sterling Tools, Rajasthan Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, and Reliance Jio as VP- HR.
Now, he took charge of one of the Green fuel segment leaders as Group HR Head of Shigan Quantum Technologies Ltd, Shigan Evoltz Ltd, and Shigan E-commerce in Manesar Gurgaon.
Samar is a highly passionate HR professional who believes in Innovation and Research to take HR to new heights. He created a record last year by winning 7 National HR Awards and 2 International HR Awards.
He is also an advisor to MDI Murshidabad.
