Siemens India Promotes Shruti Malhotra as Head – Talent and Organisation

Siemens India has promoted Shruti Malhotra as the Head of Talent and Organisation, effective February 2025.

Shruti Malhotra brings over two decades of rich experience in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.

She joined Siemens India in 2022 and has held various key positions within the company.

Role at Siemens India

In her new role as Head of Talent and Organisation, Shruti will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives.

She will also focus on enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Her extensive experience and proven track record make her well-equipped to lead Siemens India’s talent management and organizational development efforts.

Shruti expressed her excitement about her new role and her commitment to making meaningful contributions to Siemens India.

She looks forward to leveraging her extensive experience to drive workforce transformation and support the company’s mission of innovation and growth.

Shruti Malhotra’s Background

Prior to Siemens, she served as the Head of Projects-APAC at Orange Business Services.

In this role, she oversaw HR initiatives with a focus on employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), talent management, and workforce transformation.

She also worked with Orange Business Services as Head of Projects-APAC.

In this role, she spearheaded HR projects across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on workforce transformation, talent management, DEI, and employee experience.

Since joining Siemens in 2022, Shruti has held the position of Head of Learning and Growth in India.

In this role, she implemented various learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Shruti is an alumnus of Savitribai Phule Pune University, where she gained foundational knowledge that has contributed to her successful career in HR.
