The announcement was made on July 4, 2025, and comes at a time when Tenon Group is actively expanding its operations across India, Singapore, and the UK, with a workforce of over 80,000 trained professionals operating under flagship brands such as Peregrine Guarding, Tenon FM, and Soteria.
Amit Srivastava: A Career Built on HR Transformation
Amit’s professional journey spans some of the most respected organizations in the IT, e-commerce, and BPM sectors.
His previous roles include:
- Flipkart Internet – Associate Director HR for North Zone (e-Kart) and PMO Lead for Pan-India Large & Furniture teams
- Dell Technologies – Led HR transformation and employee relations across India, supporting global teams in the UK and US
- Hewitt Associates (now Aon) and Genpact – Managed recruitment, project transitions, employee engagement, and policy design
His leadership has consistently focused on performance management, diversity & inclusion, compensation planning, and process improvement, earning him accolades for driving impactful change across complex organizational structures.
Amit holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening his strategic grounding in HR leadership.

Since assuming his role, Amit has already led impactful initiatives, including a blood donation drive at Tenon’s Gurugram headquarters, in partnership with Lions Blood Bank.
The event saw participation from nearly 100 employees, reinforcing Tenon’s values of community support, integrity, and service.
He also co-led a tree plantation drive on World Environment Day, reflecting Tenon’s commitment to sustainability and employee-led impact programs.
