Vodafone Idea gets Swati Sharma as VP- HR Business Partner

An Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group partnership company, Vodafone Idea Limited has announced the appointment of Swati Sharma as VP – Human Resource Business Partner.

Commenting on her appointment the company said, “We are pleased to have Swati Sharma on board as VP – Human Resource Business Partner.” She has a wealth of experience in Talent Management, Resource Planning, Organisation Development, Rewards etc.

Swati is a passionate HR Business Partner with experience in various HR roles – People Operations, Performance and Reward Management, Talent Acquisition, and L&D.

Swati is an enthusiast for a new age of HR technology, innovations, change Performance Management, and transformation in organizations to support business growth through effective HR interventions like the Employee Recognition Programme / Learning Program.

She has always been keen on learning new concepts while delivering top-notch service.

Prior to Vodafone Idea Limited, Swati was associated with Axis Bank where she has held various leadership roles. Her earlier stints include working with Cognizant Technology Solutions and KCGPW Ambala City.

She is an alumnus of the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and completed her Bachelor of Technology from YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad.
