A SaaS product and pricing platform, Zafin has appointed Divya Sathyan as Vice President- People and culture.
She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President- People & Culture at Zafin.”

She has over 20 years of experience in all disciplines of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to Zafin, Divya was associated with Genesys as Director – Human Resources, India, APAC. She is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and her earlier stints include working with Servion Global Solutions, iSoft Technologies, and AIG Systems.
She holds her Masters in HRM, HR from Pondicherry University and completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Ethiraj College.
Zafin is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, with offices and customers around the globe including ING, CIBC, HSBC, Wells Fargo, PNC, and ANZ.
