Vymo has appointed former Director- HR of AWS India, Sachi Krishana as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, she will lead the HR functions for the organization.
She is a global HR Leader with 20 years of extensive experience across the US, Europe, and Indian markets. She brings a wealth of experience in scaling culture in the context of hyper-growth and driving large-scale org effectiveness programs helping employees, leaders, and teams rise to the challenges and opportunities posed by emerging business models, org redesign, leadership transitions, and M&A.
Prior to Vymo, Sachi was associated with Amazon Web Services as Director- HR, AWS India, and APJ Commercial Sales for over 5 years.
Earlier she was associated with Wipro, where she held various roles and worked for over 14 years, most recently as Global HR Head, Consumer Business Unit.
Sachi started her career working with PwC Consulting as an HR Consultant. She holds her MA, in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed her bachelor’s from Delhi University.
