DMart appoints Pallavi Bakshi as Group CHRO

A one-stop supermarket chain, DMart – Avenue Supermarts Ltd has appointed Pallavi Bakshi as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

Pallavi is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of experience. She has vast experience in the HR domain including Management Development, HR Strategy, Global Human Resources Management, Strategic Human Resources Leadership, and Training & Development.

Prior to DMart, she was associated with Cipla as Chief Talent Officer. Previously, she was associated with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. as Executive Vice President – HR, CSR & Administration

Her earlier stints include working with Tata Communications as Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier she was associated with Hindustan Unilever Limited where she held various leadership roles and her last designation was General Manager – Leadership and Organisation Development, South Asia.

Pallavi started her career working with Hyatt Hotels Corporation as HR & Training Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University.
