A global air compressor manufacturer, Elgi Equipments Limited has appointed Nitesh Jain as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Nitesh is an experienced HR leader with over 18 years of experience in the HR domain. He joins the current organization from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. He was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and was working with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals for over 11 years.
His earlier stints include working with Dr. Reddy’s Lab as Manager of Human Resources, Arvind Mills Ltd. as Manager of Employee Relations, and Crompton Greaves Ltd as Sr. Executive HR.
He holds his PGDPM, Human Resources from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and completed his BCA, in Computer from the BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell.
