Emeritus elevates Ganesh S as Global CHRO

Emeritus, a global EdTech Startup has announced the elevation of Ganesh S as Global Chief Human Resource Officer from his most recent role as CHRO.

Emeritus is committed to teaching the skills of the future by making high-quality education accessible and affordable to individuals, companies, and governments around the world. It does this by collaborating with more than 50 top-tier universities across the United States, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia, India, and China.

In his new role as global CHRO, Ganesh is responsible for the entire gamut of human resources, drives key talent decisions, and embedding organizational values globally. He has his HR Teams based in Singapore, China, India, UK, US, Mexico & Brazil.

Ganesh is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries like BFSI, Telecom, and Edtech, in managing & setting up Global teams, startups, setting up Analytics & Innovation labs, and Driving Cultural Transformation initiatives across geographies.

Prior to joining Emeritus in 2019, he was associated with citi bank as VP & Head HR- Global Decision Management Center for 5 years. Earlier to citi, he was working with HSBC bank as Vice President- Human Resources. Previously, Ganesh has been associated with companies like Bharti Airtel, TCS e-Serve Ltd, and Ingersoll Rand.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier’s Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.

His passion lies in building sustainable institutions, transforming mission-driven organizations & leaving behind a legacy!
