One of the largest affordable housing finance companies in India, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd has appointed Vikas Bansal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his new role, he will be responsible for leading HR-related functions within Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd.
Vikas has over 23 years of HR experience, he has handled HR intervention for a diverse workforce across multiple industries, functions, and geographies.
He has vast experience with leading strategy, change management, and operational excellence, and HR business partners. In leadership roles, he has handled various functions ranging from partnering in building growth businesses for multiple start-ups to managing projects that involved global teams.
Prior to Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd, he was associated with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance as CHRO. His earlier stints include working with Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, and Hero Honda.
Vikas holds his Master in Personnel Management, HR from the SIBM Pune and completed his Bachelor of Science (BS), Botany/Plant Biology from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
