Games24x7 elevates Vikrant Goyal as CHRO

Games24x7 has elevated Vikrant Goyal as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). He is associated with the organization since 2019 and most recently before the elevation he was working as VP (Head) of HR.

In the new role, he will be responsible for human resources strategy and operations across all locations. He will continue to support in company’s overall growth.

Commenting on the announcement, Games24x7 CEO and co-founder Bhavin Pandya said, “We believe that amazing companies are built by amazing teams. Through his tenure, Goyal has been instrumental in not only building an
amazing team at Games24x7, he has fostered an inclusive and collaborative work environment which has helped us drive growth and innovation.”

Vikrant Goyal has experience across functions of Human Resources through companies and industries. He specialized as a Leader in Organization Transformation, Facilitation, coaching, interventions, and training. He has been an entrepreneur as a consultant as well as for a startup business to organize the unorganized sector.

His earlier stints include working with Sterlite Power, Northern Trust Corporation, TE Connectivity, Accenture, Texas Instruments, Wipro, and SRF Ltd. He holds his PGDPMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
