Hexagon, a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software, and autonomous technologies has elevated Alok Mehta as Executive Director Global HR Projects.
Alok has been associated with Hexagon since January 2018 as Executive Director- Human Resources. In his previous role, he was leading the people functions at the largest R & D and Innovation Hub of Hexagon.
He has contributed nearly 30 years of experience to various leadership and HR domain functions. Prior to Hexagon, he was associated with Alouqik Consulting as a Founder.
At Alouqik Consulting, he was working to enable people and organizations to live up and live through their dreams and goals, and facilitate achieving them, through Transformational Coaching, Organisation, and Leadership Development. Also, help in establishing mature People Processes and Systems in desirous organizations.
Previously, he has worked with organizations such as Intas Pharmaceuticals, India Value Fund Advisors (IVFA), Metro Cash & Carry, AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd, Deutsche Bank Operations International, Motorola Mobility, and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.
Alok holds master’s degree in personnel management and industrial relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and did bachelor’s in Economics from St. Xavier’s College.
