Landmark Group appoints Harsh Aparanji as CHRO, India

A UAE multinational conglomerate, Landmark Group has announced the appointment of Harsh Aparanji as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this role, Harsh will be Head of the Human Resource for Landmark Group in India,

Harsh is an HR leader with extensive international experience. He has worked in Dubai for over 10 years supporting businesses across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. He has partnered with CXO level and Led a diverse HR team to enable Talent, Engagement, Leadership Development, Teamwork, and Results.

Harsh has been closely involved in driving business transformation and change management initiatives. He has led M&A activities to integrate culture, policies, and processes for acquisitions.

Harsh has set up/strengthened Engineering, Technology capabilities in India. He has spent several years at various manufacturing sites handling Labour Relations and Plant HR activities. Additionally, he has worked across FMCG, Industrial/Commercial Automation Technology, IT Services, Energy, and Chemical Industries.

Harsh joins Landmark Group from DXC Technology where he was Global HR Director (Manager Enablement, Performance & Rewards). In this role, he led transformation initiatives viz., Building a ‘Performance Development’ culture, Enabling the Manager as a Coach, Developing a roadmap for ‘Pay for Performance’, and aligning Performance, Talent, and Rewards initiatives.

Earlier, Harsh was associated with Honeywell as HR Director – EMEA I Performance Materials and Technology. In this role, he partners with VP/GMs to build organization capability and Top-grade talent. He developed Sales, Marketing, & Customer Support capabilities in EMEA. He also improved Supply Chain productivity.

Harsh started his career working with Colgate Palmolive as Plant HR Manager (Labour Relations) and Talent Strategy Manager. In this role, he lead all HR including Labour relations & Union related activities across multiple manufacturing plants. He Lead the Collective Bargaining Agreement to boost productivity and drove Talent strategy for the Sales and Marketing function.

Harsh hold his MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.
