Most recently, Sahil was working as Senior Vice President & Global Head – People & Culture.

He is a business professional with evident and proven results in developing & leading world-class human capital & people strategy operations domestically and internationally to complement corporate strategy in multi-state & multi-national environments across varied sectors.

Sahil has an extensive experience in Performance Management, Learning & Organisational Development, People Strategy, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Management.
Sahil has hands-on experience in operations and Strategic HR across B2B SaaS, Digital Media, dotcom, BFSI, and US Healthcare with deep experience in international HR consulting, especially during M&A (cross border).
Prior to RateGain, Sahil was with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as Senior Manager – Strategic Human Resources (CoE). Earlier he was working with Serco as Team Leader – Training.
Sahil holds is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He completed his graduation from Delhi University.
