Rossari Biotech ropes in Sunil Nair as CHRO from Ashok Leyland

An Indian chemical manufacturing company with specialty chemicals, enzymes, and other products, Rossari Biotech has announced the appointment of Sunil Nair as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

On his appointment, the company said, “A warm welcome to Mr. Sunil V. Nair as the new Chief Human Resource Officer in the Rossari family.”

“With a career spanning over 26 years as a strategic HR leader in various industries for reputable companies, his expertise in business partnering, organizational design, succession planning, retention, and talent management will undoubtedly contribute to our success”, the company added.

On his new role, Sunil said on LinkedIn, “I am happy to announce that I have joined Rossari Biotech Limited, Mumbai as CHRO.”

In this role, he will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function and corporate communications.

Sunil has over 25 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering, he is a strategic and visionary HR leader who drives business results through people-centric solutions. 

In his previous roles, he has successfully managed the HR life cycle of 1500+ employees across various divisions, handled senior-level hiring, policy-making, campus recruitment, vendor empanelment, and implemented Success Factors.

He has also worked in the UAE for 9 years, leading recruitment operations for various industries and sectors.

Prior to Rossari Biotech, he was associated with Ashok Leyland where he had spent over 8 years and held various leadership roles. His last designation was Head HR – MHCV Business.

His earlier stints include working with Optimum HR Consultancy, Dubai, Matchworkers International, Dubai, and Siddhartha Apparels Pvt Ltd.

Sunil holds an EPHRM from IIM Calcutta, a PGDBM in International Trade, and completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
