Shriram Properties appoints Debasis Panigrahi as CHRO

India’s leading residential real estate developer, Shriram Properties Ltd has appointed Debasis Panigrahi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Shriram Properties Ltd!”

Debasis is on a mission to help organizations build their People and leadership ecosystem as Trusted, Growth oriented, and Rewarding.

Debasis has nearly 18 years of experience in the HR domain and has been practicing people leadership for those dynamic sectors, where HR practices are rapidly evolving.

He is highly experienced in collaborating with the board & governing committees, CxO, top global management consultants, HR tech platforms, and employees on contemporary HR practices for Real Estate, IT Technology, Funding, and Manufacturing organizations.

Prior to Shriram Properties Ltd, Debasis was associated with Emami Realty Limited as VP & Head HR.

His earlier stints include working with Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd, Puravankara Limited, and Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd, RMZ Corp, and iNetframe Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Debasis is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management. He holds his Master of Economics from KiiT University and completed his Bachelor of Science from Sambalpur University.
