An American multinational corporation and technology company, Google is inviting applications for the Summer Internship 2024.
In this role, you will inspire businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies to reap the benefits of cloud technologies. You will be seen as a trusted advisor on companies future architecture and operations.
You, with your mentor, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to understand industry trends and work with engineering teams to help them devise enhancements and prioritize customer feature requests for Google Cloud products.
You will develop technical, communication, and organizational skills, and you will have a chance to further develop experience in the cloud platform.
You’ll also develop expertise and presentation skills that will be on display to highlight the client’s business and technical requirements and persuasively present Google’s product offering while mapping those back to the customer requirements and needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform products and database offerings.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, as the role requires interactions with English speakers stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Currently enrolled in a full time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship.
