A multinational professional services network company, KPMG in India is hiring for various roles including Fresher, experienced, and HR.

Fresher: The company is hiring for the position of Analyst.

Mandatory Skills

  • Qualifications: Graduate degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
  • 0-1 years fresher or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
  • Strong delivery management skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Good communicator both verbal and written (face-to-face as well as remotely)
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines

Preferred Skills 

  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Report writing would be an added advantage
  • Basic accounting knowledge would be added advantage
  • Team player
  • Self-driven

HR: The company is hiring for the position of Digital Business Operations HR Ops – Execution Analyst.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Onboarding Support via the workday tool. The team today manages global onboarding based out of Pune. It already has a team of 11 people based out of a client location in Pune. The candidate is expected to have onboarding experience via a tool, workday preferable. Should have worked in large setups and be familiar with stakeholder management.
