Mandatory Skills
- Qualifications: Graduate degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
- 0-1 years fresher or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
- Strong delivery management skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Good communicator both verbal and written (face-to-face as well as remotely)
- Works well within a team environment
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Report writing would be an added advantage

Onboarding Support via the workday tool. The team today manages global onboarding based out of Pune. It already has a team of 11 people based out of a client location in Pune. The candidate is expected to have onboarding experience via a tool, workday preferable. Should have worked in large setups and be familiar with stakeholder management.
