LTIMindtree, a leading global technology consulting and digital solutions company, has launched its GCC-as-a-Service platform—an AI-powered, end-to-end solution designed to help enterprises build, operate, transform, and transfer their Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Announced on July 1, 2025, the offering is tailored to meet the rising demand from global organizations seeking to establish or scale GCCs in India and other strategic markets.

The initiative positions LTIMindtree as a key player in the turnkey GCC enablement space, joining a growing list of Indian IT firms capitalizing on the surge in demand for cost-efficient, innovation-driven captive centers.

LTIMindtree Modular Service Architecture: Build, Operate, Transform, Transfer

The GCC-as-a-Service model is structured around four core pillars:

  • Build: LTIMindtree provides comprehensive support for setting up entities, ensuring legal and compliance readiness, and building infrastructure in major global cities. This includes operational enablement for finance, accounting, tax, IT, and workspace setup.
  • Operate: Services include transition management, program governance, delivery excellence, and knowledge management, enhanced by platforms like Talent Engage and Shoshin, an AI-based learning ecosystem for industry, technology, and soft skills.
  • Transform: Clients gain access to industry-specific offerings, technology frameworks, and LTIMindtree’s AI studios across the US, Europe, and India. These tools accelerate value realization and support digital transformation.
  • Transfer: Structured transition services cover talent migration, capability handover, change management, and knowledge transfer, ensuring long-term continuity and success.

LTIMindtree offers the service on a per-seat or per-service commercial model. This allows clients to optimize costs and customize their GCC journey.

AI-Driven Talent and Innovation Ecosystem

LTIMindtree’s proprietary BlueVerse Agentic AI Ecosystem is a standout feature of the offering.

It includes function-specific agents and AI studios that support the rapid deployment and scaling of AI capabilities.

The company’s Talent Solutions platform enables clients to onboard business-ready talent from day one, leveraging an in-house AI-powered acquisition engine.

This integration of AI into every stage of the GCC lifecycle reflects LTIMindtree’s commitment to responsible, scalable innovation.

LTIMindtree Leadership Commentary and Strategic Vision

Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director of LTIMindtree, emphasized the strategic importance of GCCs in today’s enterprise landscape.

He stated, “GCCs are becoming strategic centers for industry-specific transformation and efficiency.”

Venu added, “LTIMindtree’s GCC-as-a-Service helps enterprises build, scale, and evolve their GCCs into global innovation hubs, leveraging our BlueVerse ecosystem to drive next-gen capabilities and gain a competitive edge with scalable, responsible AI.”

The launch follows similar moves by competitors like Quess Corp, which introduced its own GCC-as-a-Service platform, “Origint,” in June 2025.

Market Context: India’s GCC Boom

India currently hosts over 1,700 Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

These centers have contributed to 17% year-on-year tech workforce growth, adding nearly 1.8 lakh jobs in 2024.

The sector is projected to reach $105 billion by 2030, employing over 2.4 million professionals.

LTIMindtree capitalizes on the growing momentum in the GCC market with its well-timed offering.

It provides global enterprises with a hybrid, AI-enabled model to address talent shortages, regulatory complexity, and digital transformation.
